Great service at the counter though the line is long and doesn't seem to move very fast. I think they were having technical issues with Disney room charges or something. The room charge terminals struggle at Disney Springs.
Nice beer selection. Cashier offered best bang for the buck when understanding what I was ordering.
Food is excellent. Served quickly. Friendly server. Great, great food. Brisket exceeded expectations. I really liked the waffle fries. Brussel sprouts were very good.
Highly recommended. Go! -

Ah Disney Springs. The place I never go to unless people from out of town are visiting and want to experience some of the Disney Magic. The Magic being that the moment I set foot on the premises, I can feel my bank account dwindle away.. but I digress.
Didn't you know? Polite Pig is owned by the same folks over at Ravenous pig in Winter Park, fancy place too! I had the privilege to dine there once for a work event years ago so when I arrived at Polite pig, it took me by surprise to see something very similar to 4 rivers where you wait in line, and then God help you find a seat.
We found seats at the very center of the dining room where it felt extremely crowded. As I sat there, the sound of babies crying, people laughing and shouting over noise, silverware clinking, smells of individuals who have apparently never heard of deodorant, chairs rustling all created a symphony that made me feel as if I was having a panic attack but luckily it wasn't long before the food arrived.
You guys, the salmon was probably one of the best salmon I've ever had. This was outstanding! This was: 'break out and sing opera' worthy which even if I had done, nobody would have heard me anyway cause of the noise level but.. wow, well done. The sides were just ok, but that Salmon; they shot it out of the ballpark on that one, bravo!
For the price, and taking into consideration this is mouse land, it's not bad. Don't forget if you're an annual passholder you get a slight discount.
Service was also friendly, but the seating arrangement.. Geez louise. -

As a Southern Boy, I know my BBQ and The Polite Pig didn't disappoint for higher end BBQ.
I came across the restaurant when looking for casual restaurants in Disney Springs that didn't break the bank. It's located near Uniqlo and the LEGO Store with a large number of indoor and outdoor seating options.
When you walk in, you order at the counter and you are given a buzzer and they bring the food right to your table. My partner and I both ordered the Brisket Sandwich ($14) and featured probably 5-6 slices of brisket and was topped off with delicious thinly fried onions and pimento cheese and slaw. We also ordered sides with each sandwich ($4), and selected Brussel sprouts and sweet potato tots. We also added Mac and cheese for another $6. We were so happy with each! Brussels had a sweet coating, Mac and cheese was baked, and tots had a Parmesan cheese coating and were very fluffy. Everything was a very large portion and had a great flavor.
They also feature beer, wine, and mixed drinks all on tap (ranging from $9-13 each). Be sure to also get the BBQ sauces from the self serve dispensers, each had great flavor!
If you're looking for a great, casual spot in Disney Springs, come to The Polite Pig! -

Located in Disney Springs close to the Lime Garage parking and right at the bottom of the escalators. This place is a fantastic way to prepare yourself for the fine service you will be receiving in Disney territory. Parking was free, but packed so plan early.
There will probably be a huge winding line when you approach. Do not worry. This will move fast. Since I started keto, I opted for getting the sampler and getting vegetables as my sides. The food came out pretty fast. The servers are beyond kind and friendly. They occasionally would check in to refill drinks and bring any sauces.
My favorite out of all the meats were probably the brisket and the ribs. There was definitely plenty for 2 people. I absolutely devoured the roasted cauliflower. They oddly enough have the best ice I've ever had from a vending machine.
Great service. Great food. Clean area. Perfect intro to Disney. -

Above average BBQ with super attentive service and tasty meats and unique sides.
I was recommended the half chicken and I have to say it was crackin good. Super tender, juicy, nice rub, and deep smoke flavor.
The cauliflower side with a light char on it and bbq sauce was yummy if a bit over-sauced for my taste.
The sweet potato tots were warm and creamy and the Parmesan was a nice touch.
The corn bread was lame though. Tasted like it came from a Jiffy box.
Decor was clean and inviting, staff were super friendly and helpful and food was quite good for a mall eatery like this.
